Esskay Enterprises, an ISO 9001:2008 company started in 1986, is a pioneer in manufacturing food extruders in India. We have made a mark as a dominant manufacturer and supplier of Food Extruders, Vibro Fluidised Bed Roasters, Mixers, Conveying Systems, Automatic Dosa Making Machines and Automatic Idli Making Machines. These machines are used in large scale preparation of food items, snacks, nuggets, dosa's and Idli's in Industrial and Defence Canteens, Hotels and other places of mass feast.
Automatic dosa making machine produces 400 dosas per hour and lends itself for continuous production of ready to eat dosas, hygienically prepared untouched by hand. This is highly useful for large scale preparation of dosas of different sizes and kinds.
Ours is a proprietorship company having monopoly in manufacture and export of food extruders, driers/coolers, mixers, conveying systems (flat belt and screw type conveyor), flavour applications, liquid flavours, conditioning tanks etc. So far, we have successfully commissioned nearly 45 units all over India and Sri Lanka.
Our extruders are also being used for manufacturing pre-gelatinised starches which are used as a lubricant while drilling oil wells. We have also extended out activities in manufacturing Automatic dosa making machines, Idli making machines and Vibro fluidised roasters.
Background Esskay Enterprise is the brainchild of Dr. S. Krishna Murthy, who holds a Mechanical Engineering degree obtained in 1971, was recently awarded honorary Doctorate for achievements in the line of Food Processing Machinery from Florida, USA. He has a vast experience of nearly 11 years working as a Factory Manger cum Production Manager in a public limited company. He specialized in food extrusion technology in manufacturing a variety of ready-to-eat snack foods like cheese balls, corn curls, chocolate coated snacks, high protein snacks, textured soya nuggets, baby foods and breakfast cereals. After gaining vast experience in production, maintenance and repairing extrusion machines, he started Esskay Enterprises in 1986.
